TOOLS I USE

ISFT

Out of all the resources I could recommend, this one made the biggest difference in our business. It helped us create an 832% revenue increase over three years. We went from $80,000 in debt to #602 on the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. Infusionsoft allowed our team to keep us with the fast-pace growth without adding a bunch of staff. Infusionsoft can help you grow your business. Watch our story now.

OTHER TOOLS I USE

leadpages

LeadPages is by far our favorite tool for creating high-quality landing pages and squeeze pages. We use it to convert warm and cold traffic into subscribers and viewers. It’s easy to navigate and you can pick templates that are proven to convert well.

slack2

Our team’s communication has become significantly more efficient using Slack.  We have the ability to talk about specific projects and initiatives without adding a meeting to the calendar. Whether your team is virtual or under the same office roof, Slack can help your team become more effective.

dropbox

We use Dropbox to store all of our files at The Rocket Company.  It’s easy to share access to files and folders with others outside our organization. It easily syncs with your computer and mobile device.

click-funnels2

ClickFunnels gives you the power to create opt-in landing pages and sales pages that look and feel beautiful.  You can completely customize the user experience to match your brand and make it easy for people to take the next step with your organization.

basecamp

Our team uses Basecamp to manage all of our one-time and on-going projects.  It creates visibility of what each person is working on and creates accountability of set deadlines.

audible

I love to read books and one of the best ways I’ve recently started listening to them using Audible.com.  The software is easy to use and on-the-go listening has never been easier.  I prefer listening to them at a faster speed to comprehend more in less time.

libsyn

LibSyn is a great way to host your podcast in a way that ensures your growing audience will have a great experience.  They’re a flat-rate media service so you get great service for less cost.

ea-help

Hiring a full-time employee is not always the answer to your People challenges.  eaHelp is a US-based company that provides premium virtual assistant services.  They genuinely care about your needs and work to get you the assistance you need.

evernote

There is no better place to store and keep up with any kind of notes you want to access later.  Our team uses Evernote to keep up with meeting agendas, customer success stories, to do lists, shared documents, event planning and so much more. You can use it in your personal and work life in many ways.

lastpass

LastPass remembers all your passwords for any account you have setup and keeps them secure. So you can create strong passwords that you don’t have to remember. Plus you can securely share passwords with others on your team.

sweet-process

Our team uses SweetProcess to document workflow and consistent tasks. There is no greater key to successful systems than having documentation that can be easily understood and implemented. The software is simple to use and share among your team.

zoom

We use Zoom for most of our video conferencing. We bring in virtual team members to weekly team meetings with Zoom. It’s better quality and more stable, plus you can record and screenshare without any other plugins.
